A Brighter, Greener Future
As Minister with responsibility for Infrastructure, Communications, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and e-Government Services, I view sustainability as the unifying principle across each of these sectors. From advancing our energy transition and modernising infrastructure to strengthening digital systems and improving the quality of housing and public services — our aim is to create a more resilient and inclusive Anguilla. This is a whole-of-government effort that will also require a whole-of-society response.
The progress achieved under the Anguilla Renewable Energy Programme (AREP) is a clear reminder that real change begins with bold vision and committed action. We have the blueprint in hand; it’s time for us to start building sustainably. We have work to do, let’s get to it.
Honourable Minister, MICUHITES, Jose Vanterpool
