Integrated Resource & Resilience Plan (IRRP)

The IRRP will build on data previously used to develop the Anguilla Renewable Energy Integration Project and the goals outlined in the National Energy Policy. The team will also review existing schematics of the grid infrastructure, electricity supply assets and related performance as a baseline for the future.

02

Green Block Pilot

The Green Block consists of two key elements. The first element is the energy efficiency retrofit to government buildings initiative to reduce energy consumption and use these savings to invest in further energy efficiency measures. The second element is the EV Pilot Project focuses on the development of Anguilla’s first National Electric Vehicle Transition Plan which would define Anguilla’s pathway to 100% transportation electrification by 2050.

03

Capacity Building

To build local capacity, consultants will be hired to conduct various training initiatives in renewable energy (solar PV installation), financial services and project evaluation, renewable energy and energy efficiency financial products, renewable energy insurance products, and energy efficiency.
